Job Title: Implementation Specialist – Community CareLink

Position Overview: As an Implementation Specialist for Community CareLink, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and integration of our solutions within healthcare organizations. You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and ensuring the seamless adoption of our SaaS products. This role requires a blend of customer support, technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

​

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and workflow requirements.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT professionals and social service program directors and administrators.

  2. Implementation Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans tailored to each client's environment.

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

  3. Product Configuration:

    • Configure our SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

    • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the implemented systems.

  4. Training and Support:

    • Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators on our SaaS products.

    • Offer ongoing support to resolve any issues or challenges during and after the implementation phase.

  5. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to the implementation process.

    • Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.

  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our products and implementation processes.

    • Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our solutions.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a 4-year college degree

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Must have some experience working in CRMs, EMHRs, and/or data tracking applications.

  • Must work in Central Standard Time zone 

  • Ideal candidate resides in Missouri or Kansas, but not required
